Campus Life Accounting Office

The Accounting Office is apart of the Division of Student Affairs. It serves the accounting, budget process, travel and/or purchasing needs of A&S Fee funded organizations. It publishes policies and procedures financial manuals for the budgeting and expenditure processes. It houses all financial documents such as council budgets, Files For Funds (FFF), requisitions, purchase orders, service agreements, vendor information and temporary personnel forms. The office coordinates training regarding the fiscal procedures for all student organizations. The Campus Life Accounting Office also creates and distributes the annual budget process timelines and sends all correspondence to account managers of A&S fee funds. The Accountant and Fiscal Assistant are here to serve your needs and are available during office hours Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm. TO VIEW A CURRENT BUDGET BALANCE FOR A COUNCIL, PLEASE CLICK ON THE COUNCIL BUDGET DOCUMENT BELOW. Budgets are updated every Monday.

Note: Files for Funds should be turned into the Campus Life Accounting office three weeks in advance of event. Please attach all quotes at time of submission.


Campus Life Marketing Office

The Marketing Office is comprised of two areas: graphics and marketing, working in conjunction with the various Campus Life departments in order to successfully publicize and advertise events. Services offered include: creation of flyers, posters, banners, and the marketing of give away items. Our services are free to Campus Life committees and councils. Request Forms are available in the office. One of the staff members will be more than happy to assist you by setting up an appointment to go over your needs.
